Because the report is a digital product, payments are generally non-refundable once the Premium Financial Stability Report has been generated and made available to the customer.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchased report, please contact DEBTARA support so we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide access to the report or an alternative resolution.
Refund requests related to duplicate payments or unauthorized transactions will be reviewed individually.
DEBTARA does not provide refunds based solely on the financial results, score, analysis, recommendations, or conclusions contained in the report.
